► Samvit Sudha USA is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization registered in the State of Pennsylvania, USA (Tax ID: 39-2594936). This is a 100% volunteer run organization inspired by Samvit Sudha® - India, a grassroots initiative that empowers rural women through skill-building and income-generating opportunities. Our goal is to amplify their work by building support and awareness about their noble initiative in the U.S. 

Q2.Are my Donations to Samvit Sudha USA eligible for tax deduction in USA?

► Yes, donations made to Samvit Sudha USA are tax-deductible in the United States.

Q3. Does the receipt for a product purchase from Samvit Sudha USA qualify for Tax Deduction?

► Payments made towards the purchase of our products are NOT Eligible for tax deduction. However, donations made directly to Samvit Sudha USA, without receiving any products in return, are tax-deductible as per applicable laws. 

 

Q4. Can I buy products in bulk and/or customize products through Samvit Sudha USA?

► Yes, we offer:

  • Bulk purchasing
  • Customized gifting for corporate events, spiritual gatherings, retreats, and special occasions
  • Seasonal gifting bundles
  • You may even place an advance order of a single catalog-only item

► We’re excited to welcome volunteers! You can help with:

Q6. Can I earn volunteer hours through Samvit Sudha USA?

► Yes! We’re happy to provide 'Certificates or Documentation' for high school, college, or community service volunteer hours. Just let us know your school or organization’s requirements when you sign up.

 

Q7. How does Samvit Sudha USA support rural artisans?

► We support women’s self-help groups in India by:

  • Providing skills training and consistent, fair-paying work
  • Supplying raw materials and tools
  • Creating market access through our nonprofit model
  • Preserving traditional crafts and heritage

All proceeds from your purchases here in USA are sent to Samvit Sudha® India to support these rural artisans.

► Samvit Sudha USA is a nonprofit initiative and an ethical brand that sells purely handcrafted products for 0% profit and 100% support for women empowerment. Our goal isn’t just selling products — it's building dignity, awareness, and opportunity without any profits.  

Our collaboration with Chitrapur Heritage Foundation in USA and Parijnan Foundation® in India ensures integrity and long-term community impact.

Q10. How does Shipping work and what to expect?

► As a non-profit organization, our primary mission is to support women empowerment, not retail. All product sales help fund our ongoing programs and outreach efforts. Please review our shipping policy as given below:

Processing Time: Most orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days. Delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to limited volunteer staffing.

Shipping Methods: We ship via all major carriers and offer standard and/or expedited shipping options where available.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order ships out unless the error is on our part.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Package Damages: If your package has arrived damaged, please take picture of the damaged package before opening the package and once you open the package, please check the content for any damage. Sometimes, just the outside of the package may be damaged in transit. Please send us the pictures of the damaged package if the contents have been damaged so we can work with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement.

Lost/stolen packages: If your package has been marked by the shipping company as delivered and you cannot locate the package at your address/door, please notify us immediately. While we will do our best to contact the shipping company, we request that you also contact them. We also encourage you to check with your neighbors as sometimes, shipping companies may mistakenly drop it off at a neighbors door. Unfortunately once a shipping company delivers it at your door and especially when they provide a picture proof and its lost or stolen, we no longer have any control on the shipment, you may have to contact your local law enforcement agency to follow up. We will do our best to help you with what's within our control.

International Orders: We are currently shipping only within the US and are currently evaluating international shipping however we are not shipping international at this time. Please email us if you are still looking to buy our products and consider options to get it shipped outside of USA through a private service or any further assistance. Returns & Exchanges: Since we are a non-profit, we are generally prefer not to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect on delivery. So we request you to please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you experience such an issue.
