Shipping Policy

Please review the following shipping policy carefully before making a purchase:

Processing Time: Most orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days. Delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to limited volunteer staffing.

Shipping Methods: We ship via all major carriers and offer standard and/or expedited shipping options where available.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order ships out unless the error is on our part.

Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Package Damages:

If your package has arrived damaged, please take picture of the damaged package before opening the package and once you open the package, please check the content for any damage. Sometimes, just the outside of the package may be damaged in transit. Please send us the pictures of the damaged package if the contents have been damaged so we can work with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement.

Lost/stolen packages:

If your package has been marked by the shipping company as delivered and you cannot locate the package at your address/door, please notify us immediately. While we will do our best to contact the shipping company, we request that you also contact them. We also encourage you to check with your neighbors as sometimes, shipping companies may mistakenly drop it off at a neighbors door. Unfortunately once a shipping company delivers it at your door and especially when they provide a picture proof and its lost or stolen, we no longer have any control on the shipment, you may have to contact your local law enforcement agency to follow up. We will do our best to help you with what's within our control.

International Orders:

We are currently shipping only within the US and are currently evaluating international shipping however we are not shipping international at this time.  Please email us if you are still looking to buy our products and consider options to get it shipped outside of USA through a private service. Returns & Exchanges:

Since we are a Non-Profit, we are generally prefer not to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect on delivery. So we request you to please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you experience such an issue.
